New refurbished studio apartment of 29.38 m², 21 minutes walking distance / 10 minutes bike ride from INSEAD. Located on the 3rd floor without lift on the well-known “place de l’Etape”.

It consists of a bright entrance with plenty of storage (wardrobe and chest of drawers), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, coffee machine, crockery, utensils etc) with table and chairs opened onto the living room area with sofa and the bedroom area furnished with a double bed (140 cm). The shower room is furnished with a toilet and the washing machine.

The apartment comes with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, building charges and rubbish collecting tax.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
