It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, wine cabinet, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery) open on a luminous and cosy living room with dining table, desk, sofa and television, 2 double bedrooms both furnished with wardrobes. One bedroom has its own shower and desk while the second one a nice private shower room. The unit also consists of a separate toilet and a large terrasse not overlooked. 

The apartment comes fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet and maintenance of common areas.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
