A spacious 2 bedrooms unit, 1 shower room and 2 toilets fully furnished apartment of 70m² in the center of Fontainebleau and close to all shops and commodities. Situated 20 minutes walks from the campus and less than 2km and in a building where we do rent another unit to INSEAD students.

Located on the second floor, it consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery) open on a living-room with dining table, sofa bed and television, 2 double bedrooms both furnished with queen size beds (160cm), a shower room and toilet and a second toilet and washing machine accessible from the second bedroom. 

The apartment comes fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet and maintenance of common areas.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
