Modern duplex two-bedroom furnished apartment of approximatively 79m² and 110m² on the floor in the center of Fontainebleau and close to all shops and commodities.

Located on the first floor and 20 minutes’ walk to the campus (about 2km).

 

It consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc), a dining and living-room (double sofa, television, dining table with chairs), a corridor leading to a separate toilet, a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and a desk and a bathroom room equipped with a washing machine and a drying machine.

On the first floor, a landing area with storage, a shower room with 2 sinks and a toilet and a double bedroom opening onto a spacious dressing room with plenty of storage.

 

The apartment comes with a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

 

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, maintenance of common areas and rubbish collecting tax.

 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
