Modern 2 bedroom apartment of 73m² located on the third floor, 12 minutes walking distance from INSEAD yet right in the city center with all commodities. The unit is in the back of the residence and away from the traffic noise.

On entering the apartment, an entrance, a bright dining/living room (television and dining area) adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, all dishes, pans and cutlery). Two double bedrooms on each side of the unit sharing a shower room and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  


The charges includes a provision for electricity, Internet, building charges, water and rubbish collecting tax.


Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage.
