In a traditional building in the center of town, a newly furnished one bedroom unit of about 57m², less than 2km from Insead (15 minutes walk). Located on the first floor without lift with secure entry door.

​

This unit is actually under refurbishment. More furniture, pictures and a 3D video will be added soon.

It consists of an entry corridor, a cosy living room, a dining room with study area, a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, utensils, fridge, freezer, gas hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc), a shower room with sani crushing and a double bed room with plenty of storage. The living room has a sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs.

This apartment comes with a washing machine, drying machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board.  Bedding and towels is also included.

​

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, gas, annual boiler maintenance, internet, maintenance of common areas and rubbish collecting taxes.

  

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
