Studio apartment of 18m² on the first floor in city centre. Situated 20 min walk/ 8 min bike ride to INSEAD's campus. Located next to another of our studios and ideal for 2 friends. The owner lends bikes.
It consists of a common area on the ground floor with an entrance and storage for shoes and coats, a washing machine, a drying machine, garage space for the bikes and a terrace with table and chairs.
Both units are located on the first floor and next to each other.
They open onto a main room with double bed (140 cm), a large wardrobe, table and chairs and a kitchen area fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, crockery, coffee machine etc and a separate shower room with toilet.
The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, maintenance of common areas, rubbish collecting tax and 1 hour of cleaning per month.
Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage.
