Modern design two-bedroom furnished apartment of 55m² in the center of Fontainebleau and close to all shops and commodities.

Located on the third floor and 20 minutes’ walk to the campus.

 

It consists of an entrance with built-in wardrobe, an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc) opened on a living-room (sofa, television, dining table with chairs and bar with stools), two bedrooms with double beds, desks and wardrobe, a shower-room with a washer/dryer and a separate toilet. 

 

The apartment comes with a washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

 

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, maintenance of common areas and rubbish collecting tax.

 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
