One-bedroom furnished duplex apartment of 46 m² (floor space) in the center of Fontainebleau, 15 min walk to Insead campus (1,2 km), and close to all shops and commodities. It is also located in a building of 4 units all rented to INSEAD students.

Situated on the 2nd floor with no lift, it consists of an entrance with shoe rack, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, crockery, utensils, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle), a living/dining area furnished with sofa, desk, television, table and chairs and plenty of storage, a shower room with toilets.

The mezzanine accessible with stair opens onto a double bedroom area (140cm large bed).

Please be aware the high ceiling in the bedroom area is not very high.

 

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Note that this building being rented to INSEAD students offers a laundry communal area to share with both washer and dryer.

 

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
