Fully furnished studio apartment of 29 m² in the center of Fontainebleau, 15 min walk to Insead campus (1,2 km), and close to all shops and commodities. It is also located in a building of 4 units all rented to INSEAD students.

Situated on the 1st floor, it consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, crockery, utensils, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle) opened onto a living area furnished with double sofa bed, table bar and stool, desk, television and a wardrobe, a shower room with toilets.

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Note that this building being rented to INSEAD students offers a laundry communal area to share with both washer and dryer.

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
