Instructions for the refund of your deposit

As already specified in the Welcome Guide signed at the same time of your Leasing Contract, in order to close your file, you must provide :

 

• Your forwarding address (for administrative purposes only, if different from the one noted on your leasing contract) ;

• You bank accound details for the return of your deposit which must include:

  • Name of the bank​

  • Address of the bank

  • Holder's account name

  • Holder's address attached to this account

  • Account number

  • IBAN or BBAN

  • SWIFT - BIC Code

Only official bank document will be accepted. Failing this, a fee will be applied (as of to date, 7,70 € for wire transfer within SEPA Zone; 13,10 € for International wire transfer).​

As of to date, no transfer can be done through intermediary bank and in the following countries: CUBA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA, SUDAN, SYRIA, CRIMEA/SEVASTOPOL, RUSSIA.

In case of flatshare, please confirm if the deposit needs to be split between roommates accounts.

• Your exit inspection must be signed to close your file.

​​

Failing this, your file closure will be delayed.

Note that your file will not be proceeded until all the requested informations are received.
