A well located and quiet studio apartment of 17m² with terrace in the centre of Fontainebleau and close to all shops and commodities. Situated 20 minutes’ walk from the campus, on the ground floor.

It consists of a bright living space with equipped kitchenette corner (stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine), single bed with storage, wardrobes and table bar, a shower room equipped with toilet and a terrace.

The apartment comes fully equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

The charges include a forfeit for internet, water and heating and provision for electricity.

The charges also include one hour of cleaning per month.
