Cosy duplex one-bedroom apartment, 31,25m², located on the ground floor, 24 minutes walk/ 10 minutes bike ride to Insead campus, and close to all shops and commodities. Ideally located at the entrance of the castle park for those who would like to enjoy a run in the forest !

Coming with a well-equipped kitchen (crockery and utensils, fridge, stove, microwave, mini oven, washing machine, coffee machine, taoster etc) and a living room opened on the courtyard with sofa, television and cosy dining area.

On the first floor, a bedroom with double-size bed, a shower room with sink and toilet. Plenty of storage on the landing with a large built-in wardrobe.  

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. 

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, building charges and rubbish collecting tax.


Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
