The unit opens onto the living/dining room (dining table and chairs, sofa and storage furniture), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave etc), an inner courtyard with dining table and storage under the staircase.

On the first floor, a shower room with toilets, a double bedroom with desk, wardrobe and television.

Finally, a second bedroom in the attic which can be used as a guest bedroom.

 

The provisions for charges includes electricity, heating, internet, water, building charges and trash tax.
