Open equipped kitchen includes crockery + utensils, a small fridge with ice box , 2 electric hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, boiler and washing machine. Bathroom has a  tub with shower attachment, sink, WC and storage. Double glazed windows, main room facing southeast and bathroon facing northwest. Very bright and calm.

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. 
 
The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet and rubbish collecting taxes.
