Nice furnished studio apartment of 30,44m² on the 2d floor of a recent and calm building with lift situated close to Insead campus, 10 min walk to Insead campus (750m).

It consists of a new equipped kitchen with fridge, electric stove and oven, micro-wave and dish-washer, a main room with double bed on "mezzanine", armchairs, desk,  TV and wardrobe, a shower-room with washer-dryer and separate WC. North-west facing. 
Underground parking space and cellar.

The apartment comes with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet and building charges. 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.

The monthly rent is 700€, monthly charges are 190€. The security deposit is 1400€ (twice the rent). Agency fees are 350€ (one time fee).
