In a traditional building in the center of town, a bright furnished studio of about 40,83m² with a mezzanine with double bed, 2km from Insead (20 minutes walk).  West facing window and east facing large skylight over the kitchen and 2nd in the bedroom area, located on the 4th and top floor without lift with secure entry door.

 

It consists of a hall opening out into the open kitchen with bar, well equipped with crockery + utensils, a small fridge with freezer box, 2 electric hotplates, small oven, microwave, washing machine & electric kettle.  The living room has sofa bed, dining table, and 4 chairs, a desk, chair and cupboard.  Storage space under the stairs.  The separate shower room with a basin in a large vanity unit and WC.

This apartment comes with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, a drying rack, iron and ironing board.  Bedding and towels is also included.

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
