Bright and airy one-bedroom furnished apartment in a quiet residence, 57m², about 3km from INSEAD campus (35 - 40 mins walking distance, 12 minutes bike ride) and 7 minutes’ walk to the train station and extremely close to large supermarket. Located on the 3rd floor, with lift, there is an entrance with built-in closets, leading to the main room with sofa and chairs, storage space opening out onto a protected balcony.  

 

There is a study corner which could also be used for a baby cot. It contains desk and chairs, sofa bed and storage.  Large open furnished kitchen, with table and chairs, well equipped with crockery + utensils, a fridge with ice box, 4 electric hotplates, microwave, oven, and electric kettle.  

 

The double bedroom carries a desk.  The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washing machine and tumble dryer, basin, and separate WC.  Access to a closed cellar, space in the underground car park, and easy free parking in the residence. 

 

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.  

 

Charges include funds for electricity, gas, Internet, maintenance of the boiler, common areas charges (water, maintenance…) and rubbish collecting tax.

 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
