Furnished one-room apartment of about 30m², in a quiet side street in the center of Fontainebleau, 15 minutes walk from INSEAD.

 

Southwest facing, located on the 2nd floor of a recent apartment block, with lift and secured entry.  It consists of an entrance hall with cupboards, a bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. Storage in the entrance hall.  

 

The main room has a study desk and chair, dining room table and chairs, sofa bed, TV and cupboard.  The separate kitchen is well equipped with crockery,  utensils, a small fridge with freezer, 2 electric hotplates, small oven, washing machine, electric kettle and coffee machine. There is also access of a locked cellar.

This apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, , Internet, building charges and rubbish collecting tax.

 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
