Spacious 1 bedroom furnished apartment, 47m². Ideally situated between INSEAD and the town center. Located on the 3rd  floor of a traditional French building (with no lift) with windows and skylights on both sides. It consists of: a large living/dining area with a beautiful open beam ceiling.  A separate well equipped kitchen (crockery and utensils, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, 4 hot plates gas cooker, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc). Bathroom with tub and separate toilet. Bright double bed bedroom with drawer chest, and wardrobe.

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying racks, iron, and ironing board. 

 

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, internet, building of common areas, annual boiler maintenance and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
