Modern 1 bedroom apartment, 37m2, in high standing, gated community “Royal Parc”and next to campus. Located on the 2nd floor with lift, west facing.


It consists of an entry hall giving access to a well-equipped kitchen with serving hutch towards the living room (crockery and utensils, washing machine, standing clothes fan dryer, microwave, small oven, small fridge, 2 hotplates electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster etc).

Living room with access to small balcony which inlcudes TV, book shelves, and large desk. Bedroom with double bed and large closet.  Separate bathroom with tub, sink and WC. Parking space. Standing next to campus.

The apartment comes with vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, heating, Internet, building charges and rubbish collecting tax.
