Cosy furnished house of 71m² under carrez law (91m² on the floor) located close to the campus, 5 minutes’ walk with an access to the campus through an alleyway, city centre 10 minutes’ walk.

 

It consist, downstairs, of a main room with entrance area, living room area with TV and dining room table. Toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (crockery, utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle). Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.

Upstairs, bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, and toilet. Two bedrooms currently being furnished waiting for a second double bed (in the attic room), a study desk and wardrobe for each bedroom.

 

The house comes with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

 

The charges includes provision for the electricity, gas heating, Internet, water, annual boiler maintenance and rubbish collecting tax.

 

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
