In a traditional building in the center of town, a newly furnished one bedroom unit of about 34m², 2km from Insead (20 minutes walk). Located on the 2nd and top floor without lift with secure entry door.

It consists of a living room, an opened kitchen well equipped with crockery, utensils, a small fridge with freezer box, electric hotplates, combi microwave-oven, etc, a shower room and a double bed room. The living room has a sofa, a dining table and 4 chairs. The separate shower room has a basin, a shower, a washing machine and WC.

This apartment comes with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, a drying rack, iron and ironing board.  Bedding and towels is also included.

The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet, building charges and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
