Cosy one bedroom apartment of 41m². This unit is located on the first floor of a secured property with lift. Ideally situated in the city center, 12 minutes’ walk to Insead campus, and close to all shops and commodities. It is located in a building where we do rent other units to INSEAD students.

The units opens onto a large entrance with built-in cabinet. It accesses a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.), a living room with dining table and a cozy corner with sofa, a double bedroom (120cm) with a large wardrobe, a shower room and a separate toilet.

The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, iron, and ironing board. 
 
The charges include a provision for water, electricity, internet and rubbish collecting taxes.

Please note that provision refers to an estimated sum of money that is charged monthly to you, however at the end of your stay this amount would be compared to your actual usage. Should there be higher consumption you will be billed accordingly or should there be lower consumption, you will be reimbursed of the difference.
